This house was once a simple workers house, the foundations of which originate from the 1800s. The authentic features such as 2 fireplaces (of which 1 in current modern use), the typical distribution between front and back room, and the traditional, high beamed ceilings remind us a bit of that time. This is all the more reason for us to let these characteristics catch the eye and restore them where possible ...  We can offer you this wonderful and practical house for a weekend, midweek or longer holiday. From 't Geuzeke you are 15 minutes away by car from the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the Netherlands, the most idyllic and historic towns of Zeelandic Flanders, and you will experience the strong Flemish-Burgundian influence par excellence when you visit one of the historical gems such as the villages of Aardenburg, Sluis, IJzendijke, Schoondijke, Breskens aan zee and Groede. A small selection of more than noteworthy villages in West Zeeland Flanders. You can also visit some Burgundian metropolises in Flanders (Belgium) such as Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp, all within an hour's drive! For cycling and walking enthusiasts there are more than numerous routes to follow through the beautiful Zeeland Flemish landscape, the beautiful creeks, lakes and nature reserves such as “de Braakman” are 10 minutes by bike, and you can even spot seals at 7 minutes by car from here in the village of Hoofdplaat. There is so much beauty to experience in Zeelandic Flanders that it is actually too much to mention. We are therefore very happy to advise you if you wish!
