the above prices do not include tourist tax; € 1,67 p.p.p.n

*We charge the high season rate from July 1 to August 31, and all separate holidays of the year.

 

On request we can provide for you:

-Bedding:          €9,50,-

-Bath towels:    €7,50,-

-Kitchen linen:  €5,00

If you do not want bed linen, please take into account the dimensions of the duvet: 220 x 240 cm

On request we can provide you with a baby cot and/or a high chair and we will provide it for you free of charge.

 

Other information

It is not allowed to smoke in the house..

Pets are not allowed.

Final cleaning is included in the rental price.

After your reservation, we ask you to pay an advance of € 150. The full amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival, including the deposit of € 200. You will receive a confirmation email from us about the reservation and also the amount remaining that you still have to pay.

If everything is left neat and undamaged after your departure, we will refund your deposit to your bank account within a few days.
